DESCRIPTION:Disability Awareness Day (“DAD”) is the world’s largest ‘not for profit’ voluntary-led disability exhibition\, held annually in a huge tented village within the grounds of Walton Hall Gardens in Warrington.  It has been running since 1992. \nVisitors to the show can expect to find over 200 exhibitors\, equipment suppliers\, transport\, holidays\, leisure\, employment\, support groups and services. PLUS a Sports Zone including Scuba diving\, a Performing Arts Marquee\, Arts and Crafts Marquees\, Silent disco\, Centre Arena and family entertainment. Next year the show is on Sunday 13th July\, it opens at 10am and finishes at 4.30pm\, and entry is FREE with a FREE programme.  \nIdeal for those vehicles who cannot attend the Daresbury Steam Event which occurs on the same weekend. \nPlease book in at club night or speak to Kenny J or any member of the committee to get your name added to the event list.

DESCRIPTION:This event is an organised charity open day which has been going for the last few years.  It is organised by the Southport Auto Centre\, an independenyt Volvo specialist and was previously held in carparks around their base in Wright St.  This year they have moved but will be just as anjoyable.  It features stationary engines\, stem engines\, classic bikes and classic cars.  There is also a barbecue\, tea and cake stalls\, music etc etc. \nThis is the same weekend as Kelsall so if your vehicle cannot attend Kelsall ( must be pre 1972) then why not consider attending this one in its new location of Elim\, Hundred End Lane\, Hesketh Bank.  Open to the public from 10am. \nGet your money out and help them as all donations are going to Macmillan.

DESCRIPTION:We now host one of the largest displays of commercial vehicles in the country including classic\, vintage and modern trucks. Join us for an action-packed weekend with something for everyone! Arena Events start at 10.30am.Lawn Mower Racing start at 12 o’clock\, plus Punch & Judy and a Falconry Display. We are also hosting the annual ERF gathering organised by REVS. \nThe Kelsall Steam and Vintage Rally is organised by a team of  local enthusiasts and is set in the heart of Cheshire. The event was only ever supposed to be a one off event back in 2001 when uncle Frank told everyone he knew “all come to my house fetch your vintage trucks\, tractors\, cars etc don’t worry Geoff will sort it”It is now becoming one of the largest steam and vintage rallies in the country\, we soon outgrew uncle Franks farm in Kelsall and had to move it across the road to Geoff and Maries farm\, it is well established over 75 acres and attended by exhibitors and visitors from all across the country up and down and even over the water from Ireland.Over the weekend there is the main arena which is the perfect way to watch the displays of all the exhibits. There is such a lot to see and do\, you can watch the vintage tractor pulling\, Lawn Mower Racing\, take a ride on the tractor and trailer to see what is going on in the Working Field\, have a look at the horticultural working area\, wonder around the Trade Stalls

DESCRIPTION:Carnival & Massive Classic Car Show.\nNorth West Casual Classics Club have organised their Car Show at this location for quite a number of years and the number of classic cars has increased year on year. Trophies will be awarded to winners for a range of categories of classic vehicles on show. DESCRIPTION:We have organised our annual jaunt for St George’s Day on Sunday 27th April. The route is roughly 34 miles and we are starting once again from The Hayloft\, Sandy Lane\, Bold\, Widnes\, Cheshire\, WA8 3XP .The Hayloft will be open at 10.00 and you may purchase tea/coffee or bacon butties etc. Please note the Hayloft only accepts card payments – no cash. The Run starts from 10.30. This year we are going west taking in some fine roads and countryside towards Cronton and then north skirting Knowsley then on through Bickerstaff and Lathom then on to Heskin Hall. Driving at an average of just over 20mph you should be at Heskin Hall between 12.00 and 12.30pm. There is a classic car meet at the Hall and they will be reserving space for you.”
