DESCRIPTION:A collection of classic motor vehicles will be on display in Earlestown Town Centre.\nOrganised by Newton and Earlestown Community Group in conjunction with St Helens CCC\, this free Classic Car Show will see a number of memorable motors from years gone by line-up in Market Square. \nThe event has become really popular in recent years\, drawing in the crowds to admire the vehicles.\nOf course\, it’s also Market Day in Earlestown\, so a chance to browse the stalls and do a bit of shopping locally.\nThe Classic Car Show will get underway at 10am\, finishing at 4pm.\nAnd if you’ve got a classic car to show\, feel free to bring it down! \nPlease arrive before 9.30am. \nHosted by SHCC on the Market Square\, entrance via Oxford St. Follow the instructions of the marshals.

DESCRIPTION:We have organised our annual jaunt for St George’s Day on Sunday 27th April. The route is roughly 34 miles and we are starting once again from The Hayloft\, Sandy Lane\, Bold\, Widnes\, Cheshire\, WA8 3XP .The Hayloft will be open at 10.00 and you may purchase tea/coffee or bacon butties etc. Please note the Hayloft only accepts card payments – no cash. The Run starts from 10.30. This year we are going west taking in some fine roads and countryside towards Cronton and then north skirting Knowsley then on through Bickerstaff and Lathom then on to Heskin Hall. Driving at an average of just over 20mph you should be at Heskin Hall between 12.00 and 12.30pm. There is a classic car meet at the Hall and they will be reserving space for you.”
