Unfortunately we have a slight change of plans as the council have been unable to trim the trees and bushes required to make the intended entrance accessible for your precious vehicles. We have therefore changed the plan – please see below.

Gates open from 8am and we will be clearing the site from 3.45pm

 

Other arrangements remain the same, including timings. Just as a reminder, it is even more critical that stewards’ and security agents’ instructions are followed as we will be managing 2-way traffic movements along the single track road. We will create spaces for vehicles to move as needed, but this must be under the supervision of our stewards.

 

Please pass on this message to anyone you know who is interested in attending. We have had a fabulous response for cars coming, however we do have space for some more and it is promising to be a fantastic day.
